I have known Brennan for several years and have heard of his work from others. When I wanted to buy a new home recently I contacted Brennan. I had already contacted my bank and was told that there was no way that a mortgage broker could compete with their costs. While talking to Brennan he never spoke about any other institution or their costs. He only told me what he could do for me and it was far cheaper than the banks could or would offer.

My wife and I contacted Brennan before we even began looking for our new home. We were able to get pre-qualified and make an informed decision regarding the price range we would pursue.
