• FHA home purchase programs: 3.5% down, and seller can pay up to 6% in closing costs
  (Down payment can be a gift or grant money)
• VA home purchase programs: True no money down, and seller can pay up to 6% in closing costs.

• No documentation (if self-employed)

Quick tip: Always remember in any program: the seller can pay up to 3% of sales price toward buyers' closing costs. Some programs allow up to 6%.
